Office Space
The Crescent Office Building is owned and managed by Bewley Properties, and is occupied by eight professional tenants. The building is also home to Bewley Properties’ corporate headquarters. The Crescent Building was built in 1925 and operated as Crescent Elementary School until 1981. In 1999, Kent Bewley purchased the building from the City of Greeneville and conducted a full renovation of the building.
